Our help center can instantly give you answers to many frequently asked questions.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to conference@ourmayors.org by March 1, 2025, and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. By registering for the conference, you agree to pay the $100 fee in the event you cancel your registration. Registrations made after March 1, 2025 are not subject to cancellation refunds.
No partial refunds will be made if you decide not to attend conference functions. Cancellation fees must be paid in full to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed no earlier than Friday, May 31, 2025. No registrations nor cancellations will be accepted by phone. No cancellations will be accepted after March 1, 2025. Substitutions are permitted and can only be made online through the registration portal before March 31, 2025 or in person. After this date we cannot ensure changes to registration details and credentials.
Early bird registration closes on March 1, 2025 and regular registration closes on April 2, 2025. We will not accept conference registrations after April 2, 2024. On-site registration is based upon availability.
Member Mayors: Yes. Member mayors will not be able to be invoiced for the annual conference under current member rates until their membership dues are paid in full. Mayors and staff can confirm their membership details by emailing, aama@ourmayors.org
All other registration types: Registration for the conference must be paid in full at the time of registration. There are no options to invoice for the conference.
Exhibition space in the Innovation Center is reserved for current members of the AAMA Corporate Business Council. To learn more about joining the business council, contact Karlos Nichols at keeva@ourmayors.org . Current members of the business council can learn more about registering their organization on the “Innovation Center” tab.
There are seven registration categories. Register yourself based on the following designations:
Member Mayors rate is for current members of AAMA in good-financial standing. Member mayors may confirm their membership details by emailing, aama@ourmayors.org
Non-Member Mayors rate is for current sitting mayors who are not financial members of AAMA.
AAMA Corporate Business Council rate is for current members of the AAMA Corporate Business Council. Current year membership dues must be paid in full before companies may register for the conference. To confirm your membership details, contact Karlos Nichols , at karlos@ourmayors.org .
City/Government Representative rate is for staff of local, state, and federal governments, departments and agencies.
Mayor’s Spouse/Partner rate is for spouses and romantic partners of sitting AAMA member-mayors. The spouse/partner rate is not available for spouses/partners of non-member mayors.
Legacy Awards Only rate is for those interested in attending the Legacy Awards Reception and Dinner on Thursday night, only.
General Attendee rate is for attendees who don’t fall in any of the above described categories.
Members of the media with proper credentials must register for the conference (complimentary). Contact aama@mercuryllc.com for questions and to confirm your registration. Most conference activities are open to the media, but some sessions will be private or closed to the media.
