Our help center can instantly give you answers to many frequently asked questions.
General Questions
There is a $100 cancellation fee if cancelled before 02/14/2026. Any cancellations after that will be charged the entire registration fee.
Early bird registration closes on 02/14/2026 and regular registration closes on April 2, 2025. We will not accept conference registrations after 04/01/2026. On-site registration is based upon availability.
Mayors and Corporate Business Council members receive a personalized secure link to register. All general attendees can register at www.aamaconference.com
Yes, All membership dues and sponsorships must be paid by March 1, 2026.
Exhibition space in the Innovation Center is reserved for current members of the AAMA Corporate Business Council. To learn more about joining the business council, visit www.ourmayors.org.
There are seven registration categories. Register yourself based on the following designations:
Member Mayors rate is for current members of AAMA in good-financial standing. Member mayors may confirm their membership details by emailing, aama@ourmayors.org
Non-Member Mayors rate is for current sitting mayors who are not financial members of AAMA.
AAMA Corporate Business Council rate is for current members of the AAMA Corporate Business Council. Current year membership dues must be paid in full before companies may register for the conference. To confirm your membership details, contact Karlos Nichols , at karlos@ourmayors.org .
City/Government Representative rate is for staff of local, state, and federal governments, departments and agencies.
Mayor’s Spouse/Partner rate is for spouses and romantic partners of sitting AAMA member-mayors. The spouse/partner rate is not available for spouses/partners of non-member mayors.
Legacy Awards Only rate is for those interested in attending the Legacy Awards Reception and Dinner on Thursday night, only.
General Attendee rate is for attendees who don’t fall in any of the above described categories.

All sponsors of the AAMA conference are members of the Corporate Business Council. Inquiries for sponsorship opportunities for the annual conference can be made to staff at conference@ourmayors.org.
Attached is the Vendor Protocol Guidelines that will provide information on the load in/out process. In order to make a delivery to the building, you will need to complete the attached RRB Delivery Access Form (see page 4). If you do not complete and send in this document, you will not be able to drop off your items or equipment, so please complete it and send it to loadingdock@itcdc.com, copying me as well no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Once that is complete you will be added to our delivery schedule. Form is attached below

Hourly Parking
$14.00 - One hour or less
$22.00 - One to two hours
$24.00 - Two to four hours
$26.00 - Four to 15 hours
$38.00 - 15 to 24 hours
Special Rates
$38 - Daily
$19.00 - Weekday evenings (enter after 5:00 pm and exit by 3:00 am)
$19.00 - Weekend and holiday (enter after 3:00 am)
